Consultant Cardiac Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Cardiac Surgeon to join our prestigious hospital in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional cardiac surgical care to patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Responsibilities:
- Performing complex cardiac surgical procedures with a focus on delivering optimal patient outcomes
- Assessing and diagnosing cardiac conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing preoperative and postoperative care to patients
- Collaborating with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Participating in clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and educational activities to advance the field of cardiac surgery
- Contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and protocols to enhance patient safety and surgical outcomes
- Mentoring and supervising junior medical staff, residents, and fellows in the field of cardiac surgery

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Medical degree, Specialisation Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in cardiac surgery, with a focus on complex procedures
- Proven track record of successful outcomes in cardiac surgical interventions and a commitment to continuous quality improvement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development, including participation in research and educational activities
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Adherence to ethical and professional standards in patient care, research, and teaching
