Consultant Plastic Surgeon

Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our prestigious medical facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional plastic and reconstructive surgical care to our patients, while upholding the highest standards of medical practice and patient safety.

Responsibilities:
- Performing a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, liposuction, and facelifts.
- Conducting thorough consultations with patients to understand their needs and expectations, and developing personalized treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients, including pre-operative evaluation and post-operative follow-up.
- Staying abreast of the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technology, and integrating them into practice for optimal patient outcomes.
- Participating in educational and research activities to contribute to the advancement of plastic surgery as a field.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Medical degree
- Specialisation Degree
- Proven experience as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon, with a strong track record of successful surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathetically engage with patients and address their concerns.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in surgical techniques and patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.
