We contribute to society, building confidence and trust in the markets, upholding the integrity of organizations and supporting our communities. <br><br>Our shared values guide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact: <br><br>- Integrity <br> - Outstanding value to markets and clients <br> - Commitment to each other <br> - Strength from cultural diversity <br><br>During your tenure as a Senior Consultant/Manager in Human Resources (HR) Transformation, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas: <br><br>- Own the development of high quality and impactful deliverables within agreed timelines to deliver a superior client experience <br> - Apply experience in HR Transformation to design HR strategies aligned to the client's business and identify opportunities to improve the client's HR operations and technologies and overall customer experience <br> - Recommend most suitable HR technologies that meet the client's needs and requirements <br> - Understand how business functions operate and how industry / sector trends impact a client's business <br> - Engage in stakeholder engagement activities and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and solve their most complex and pressing issues <br> - Recommend appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, in order to develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client's business strategy <br> - Organize insights and define a logical and structured flow to tell a story when presenting findings and / or recommendations <br> - Keep abreast of regional and global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations <br> - Contribute to the management of workstreams / teams including identifying priorities, allocating tasks, providing guidance, reviewing work and providing constructive feedback <br> - Support with project management activities to ensure project delivery on time, within budget and as per quality standards <br> - Maintain composure through conflict and sensitive situations and escalate issues to engagement/account leadership in a timely manner <br> - Contribute to business development opportunities including proposal development and client presentations by understanding client requirements and designing appropriate solutions <br> - Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, eminence, recruiting, etc. to continuously enhance the firm's value proposition <br><br>Leadership Capabilities: <br><br>- Identifies and embraces our purpose and values and puts these into practice in their professional life <br> - Develops self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, shares knowledge and experiences with others, and acts as a strong brand ambassador <br> - Seeks opportunities to challenge self; teams with others across businesses and borders to deliver and takes accountability for own and team results <br> - Builds relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders <br> - Understands objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns own work to objectives and sets personal priorities <br><br>Qualifications: <br><br>- years of experience in HR Transformation. Experience in Consulting is a plus <br> - - An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or any relevant degree, MBA or a relevant Master degree is a plus <br> - - Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic Languages <br> - - Certifications in related methodologies including PMP, CIPD, SHRM and Lean Six Sigma is a plus <br> - - Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork <br> - - Demonstrate leadership and team-building capabilities <br> - - Demonstrate ability to coach and mentor others <br> - - Ability to operate and understand project management disciplines <br> - - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to details <br> - - Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel <br> - - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment with flexible work hours <br> - - Willingness to travel (required) <br><br>
