Contact Center Care Representative

Job description / Role

Our client are a huge multinational brand who are opening up an office in Dubai to bring an exciting new product to the Middle East Market. They are looking to hire a large team of Customer Service Reps. All roles offer candidates the prospect of growing and developing themselves within one of the largest and most interesting global brands available in the Middle East.

Core responsibilities will include -

- Meeting and exceeding the customer’s expectation, delivering rapid, right first-time solution
- The objectives is to provide a customer focused service via any of the available channels; phone, email, chat, social media, etc.

Role offers a starting salary of 6,800 AED plus benefits and a simple progression structure

Requirements

Our client is flexible with their requirements and willing to take on freshly graduated candidates ( fluency in English and Arabic is a must ).

Ideal requirements:

Education
- College Diploma or equivalent.

Professional qualification
- Minimum experience of 1 year in customer service or contact center environment.
Other skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner and build employee loyalty
- Have well developed listening skills and the ability to assimilate information
- Patience and tact in working with customers, sometimes in stressful situations
- Self-motivated and punctual
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours as required
- Sound knowledge of Social Media applications and trend
- High level of commitment, initiative and enthusiasm
- Fluent, written and spoken, in Arabic & English
