Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client are a huge multinational brand who are opening up an office in Dubai to bring an exciting new product to the Middle East Market. They are looking for a Senior Manager for their contact center - you will manage a team of over 27 personnel. The role offers the successful candidate the to grow and develop themselves within one of the largest and most interesting global brands available in the Middle East.

Core duties -

- Responsible for building and managing an efficient post-sale customer experience in UAE.
- Contact center management
- Responsible of building and marinating a robust relationship with internal and external parties in order to mutually achieve desired SLA’s and to ensure that a premium and integrated customer service is provided.

Requirements

Education
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Communication, Business Management, or Marketing.
- Preferably an additional training in Contact Centre Management
Professional qualification
- Minimum of 7 years customer care experience, out of which a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory/ managerial role.
- Experience in managing BPO’s
Other skills
- Proven ability to lead a team of employees including motivating and developing through coaching and counselling
- Experience in team building and employee involvement
- Strong team player and leader
- Sound knowledge of contact centre operations and related technologies
- High level of commitment, initiative, vision and enthusiasm
- Creative, flexible, resilient and fun to work with
- Fluent in English. Arabic language fluency is a plus.
