Job description / Role
Contact Centre Tester for a Bank based in Abu- Dhabi.
Duties involve evaluating and testing new software applications according to business and functional requirements.
3 Month Contract role starting from 1st of June till 31st of August.
Maximum 15k AED monthly.
Requirements
- Experienced tester especially with Banking background in the remit of Contact Centres
- Working knowledge of Agent desktop, CTI, IVR and more.
- Must be Arabic and English speaker (especially for Speech recognition and Biometric testing)
- Ability to commute between Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi (especially during UAT phase)
- Self starter, independent, target driven, diligent
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Mobile applications, backend integration with core banking apps.
