Job description / Role
Accountable as Contracts Manager:
• To Liaise with Consultant’s on day to day basis / activities.
• Prepare Contracts for Sub Contractor works & follow works until completion & certify accordingly.
• Prepared, Executed, Monitored and controlled the short and long term goals for the project.
• Attended Progress meeting and work closely with the consultant as per Contract Specifications.
• Closeout the Project well in advance by covering all aspects from Quality Control, Payments to Handover
Requirements
Ideal Candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in similar role preferably in Ajman.
A civil engineer with enthusiasm of bringing new projects & contract management will be an added advantage.
Salary offered is 20,000-30,000 AED depending upon the candidate's profile.
