Job description / Role
• Contract renewal, modification, payment and settlement of existing contracts, negotiation and signing of new contracts, and management of contract execution process: contract dispute settlement, claim counterclaim, negotiation, meeting minutes/agreement drafting and letter sending with logistics, construction and debugging work.
• Excellent English Communication Skill, especially written and oral English, and good command of office software.
• Experience in purchasing and contract management (3 to 5 years), engineering project experience is preferred
• UAE work experience is mandatory.
Requirements
• Good knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• An understanding of contract and commercial law.
• Strong values of integrity commitment, and self- improvement
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in dealing with contracts and related advisory services.
