Contracts Administrator - Dubai
My Client is a leading Multi-disciplinary Company that has been operating out of the Middle East for more than 40 years. They are urgently seeking a Contracts Administrator for a High Rise project based in Dubai.
Duties:
• Responsible for drafting required contacts
• Providing as required contractual, commercial and/or legal advice to the project manager
• Analysis and establish appropriate procurement strategy, contract strategy for the sub contract works and execute the approved strategies
• Managing and drafting sub-contract agreements for the successful bidder and ensured that the final papers were all drafted
Requirements
Skills and Expertise
• Bachelors Degree in QS/Construction Management
• 5 Years’ Experience in the UAE
• 5 Years’ Experience with High Rise Projects
• Fluent in English with consummate communication skills
Candidates must be available in the UAE for interviews.
