Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading international contractor. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Contracts / Claims / Commercial Manager to join their Dubai team.
You will have experience of managing large work flows within the contracts department, ideally on substantial building developments in the Middle East; working on claims and EOTs.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a relevant Degree or qualification with significant experience in the field. Ideally, you should already be based in Dubai with experience of working on 4/5 projects simultaneously. Memberships such as RICS would be advantageous but not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has experience in a Senior QS position and is looking to make the step up to a managerial capacity.
