Contracts Coordinator

Job description / Role

- Review and negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Coordinate the contract approval process, including obtaining necessary signatures and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, including tracking key dates and milestones.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather contract requirements and provide guidance on contract terms and obligations.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of contract templates, ensuring they reflect current legal and business requirements.
- Ensure all contract-related documentation is properly filed and easily accessible for future reference.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in contract management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Monitor contract performance and escalate any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate parties.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
