On behalf of our client, a prominent UAE Contracting Construction Company we are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager with experience of High Rise Residential and Commercial Buildings.
The role requires UAE experience (preferably Dubai) and at least 10 years experience as Contracts Manager and some of the recent projects worked on must be HIGH RISE TOWERS. If you haven't worked on high rise towers you will not be shortlisted, so please make sure you mention the Towers projects on the cv.
The Contracts Manager duties will be to professionally handle all aspects of the Civil business with independent bottom-line responsibility and be capable to attend any Main Contractor meetings.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates working for Buildings CONTRACTORS.
The candidate should be possessing a Bachelor or Master in Technology (B. Tech/M. Tech) Bachelor or Master of Science BSc/MSc(Civil Engineering), from any reputed globally renowned university.
The candidate should be fluent in the English language both written and spoken.
A minimum of 15 years’ experience and at least 10 years in the position of a Contracts Manager of a construction company in the UAE that has worked on High Rise Towers is a must.
The Candidate should have knowledge of contracting concepts and contract acquisition law and regulations that are essential for any career in contract management and this must be mentioned on the cv.
The cv needs to be a WORD DOCUMENT and please make sure under each company you explain who your company are (contractor for example) and a description of the projects you have worked on especially the High Rise buildings, how many floors and what type of building, residential, commercial etc.
