Contracts Officer Up To 35k Aed For A Leading Stock Exchange Company In AUH

• To develop and provide advice on all types of contracts and negotiating strategies for all the companies’ areas and to develop suitably worded tender documentation
• To provide advice in the field, including the interpretation to company and contract organizations from commencement to close out of contract

Requirements

• Arabic national is preferred
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Sciences/Law is preferred
• At least 6 years of experience in contract development including at least 4 years in contract preparation, tendering and award procedures
• Sound knowledge of commercial practices and legal aspects in UAE
• Computer literate with the ability to utilize specialized applicable software packages
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in English – both verbal and written
• Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• Work location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Salary up to 35,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
