Job description / Role
Top Architecture firm in Dubai who are designing and delivering Landmark, Iconic projects in the Middle East and Asia, are a boutique operation of experienced and long term established personalities in the UAE Design Industry.
Major new build award winning Hotels, Towers, Mixed use projects feature in their portfolio.
Currently they are seeking a Contracts Manager who will also be involved in Project Management and Design Management.
Primarily the role will focus on Contract Management of projects, both pre and post contract, liaising with Client representatives and negotiating such contracts. Management of suppliers and vendors, value engineering of existing relationships and agreements, tendering of contracts.
As this individual will operate in a hands on, autonomous fashion, reporting into the Partners, they may also be called upon to oversee project management of some projects and inputting to Design Management of projects.
Requirements
Thus this Individual will be either an Architect or Engineer with Contract Management experience, overseeing projects from pre to post contract in the UAE.
Experienced in Design/Engineering large scale build projects, this individual will have seen projects from design to completion in the UAE, and have proven commercial/contracts experience.
Working within a reputable Design Consultancy in the UAE, this Professional will have excellent Commercial Awareness, Contract Management experience, FIDIC expertise, and Design and Technical project management experience.
Seeking an individual who can operate autonomously, with a team focused attitude.
