Job description / Role
• Knowledge of normal/ emergency start-up and shutdown procedures.
• Knowledge of control philosophy and emergency shutdown systems for both refinery and tank farm
• Minimum of 5 years DCS hands-on experience
• Experience in commissioning of tank farm, crude distillation unit and utilities
• Should have knowledge on heater dry out, BMS, pigging, ship loading/ unloading, and truck loading/ unloading procedures
• Knowledge of Safety and Emergencies
• Observes safe working practices, rules and regulations, reporting of hazards
• Knowledge of Work Permit Systems
• Knowledge of Lock-out and Tag-out
Requirements
• Candidates must be Diploma in Chemical Engineering/ Bachelor of Science
• Candidates must have minimum of 10 Years in Refinery/ Petrochemicals
• Candidates should have communication skills in English language
