Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To ensure that always proper and neat attired for the duty that needs to be performed
• To perform the functions and duties as assigned, to the best of his ability and to the standard as is required by the company as well as by the client
• Responsibility is fully acquainted with the post instructions and site procedures of the place / premises/ area of deployment and perform to strict compliance
• To ensure that the recordings are safe and secure and given to the clients for safekeeping
• To ensure that all incidents monitored in the system are reported as prescribed and the relevant actions taken are necessary and determined by the circumstances
• To be vigilant at all times while on duty by reporting to Supervisor / Senior Supervisor, if in case of suspicious incidents monitored
• To ensure effective control over the control room
• To maintain and report any faulty surveillance systems / equipment to Supervisor / Senior Supervisor
• To inform the Senior Supervisor / Supervisor for any additional duty assigned by the Customers besides the Site Instructions

Requirements

• Previous CCTV / Access control / Alarm system / control room operator experience is essential in banking industry
• At least 10 years of security and control room experience
• Proficiency in MS office in computer
• Education with higher secondary school or relevant diploma certificate
• Flexibility and problem solving skills
• Good English communication skills, verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills
• Age limit between 25 to 40 years old
• Willingness to work on shifts
