Job description / Role
Our client, a leading bank in the UAE is looking to hire a Division Head for their Corporate Banking Segment to head up their contracting team.
Responsibilities:
• To manage an assigned existing portfolio and a list of target market potential prospects for acquisition towards achieving financial targets (including but not limited to revenue, new net revenue, volumes, cross-sell ratio, ROW and ROA) and overall customer satisfaction.
• To be fully involved and primarily responsible for account strategy and business growth.
• To be involved and responsible for Industry Studies, i.e. how the assigned industry (s) is reacting to current market conditions, opportunities, threats etc.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years' experience in handling Corporate Banking Customers
• UAE based experience with a focus on contracting
• Ideally Arabic speaker
