Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking for a Corporate Executive Chef to join our dynamic team in our high-end Beach Club in Abu Dhabi. This role will not only be responsible to run the smooth kitchen operations of the F&B outlets of this beautiful beach club, but the role will also manage the three high-end stand-alone restaurant kitchens that are part of the group.

Further responsibilities are as follows:
• To oversee and drive pre and post opening of the venue kitchens
• Manage and run the kitchen operations of the particular high end venues
• Responsible for writing, implementing and delivering kitchen standards and Operating Procedures SOP’s
• Create and implement the venue menus
• Ensuring that the menu is cost effective and up to the brand standards
• To supervise the overall food preparation, cooking, ordering and service

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience working as Executive or Head Chef within a high end hotel / restaurant in a similar high profile, high volume international renowned operation.
• Experienced in pre and post opening of high end, high volume F&B outlets.
• Must be an inspiration to colleagues
• Must have a genuine ‘passion’ for food
• Must be able to maintain consistency with regards to product and service within station
