NQ-2 PQE Corporate role in the Abu Dhabi office of a global law firm, very successful office and certainly one of the most established firms in the Capital
Client Details
This law firm has a strong reputation globally, they are considered one of the elite law firms and have been operating in the Middle East for many years now. Their Abu Dhabi office is regularly touted as being one of (if not THE) strongest in AD because of the extensive work they do with the AD government entities.
Description
* This role will focus mainly on complex, cross-border M&A, JVs and PE work. The successful candidate should be excited by high value deals, but also open minded to a variety of different types of corporate transactions

Requirements
To be considered you MUST have the following:
* Training contract from a top international law firm
* At least one seat in the corporate department
* Some experience in high value corporate M&A
* Exceptional academic background
