Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We require a motivated and capable individual to join a team of 4 within the administration department with a diverse skill set including; basic book keeping and VAT filing, management reports collation, executive office services to support the Chairman and processing of company trade license renewals, employee visa management, property management and tenancy liaison. Therefore candidates with a broad range of operational skills within property or facilities management are most desirable for this position.

Our client is part of a larger group which provides cash investments to the SME sector and also assists corporate individuals to relocate into the region. You will very much liaise across all departments, hence the diverse range of duties required to assist in all areas of the business. Therefore, there is a need for a very proactive individual with excellent communication skills as additional duties will also include supplier, vendor, client and tenant liaison, financial administration and experience of the tasks associated with business set up, trade license applications and renewals and general property maintenance. You will be able to work with the upmost discretion as many of the documents and information you will be privy to will contain highly confidential documentation.

Requirements

It is essential that you are a strong communicator with excellent English language capabilities in spoken, reading and writing and you should be hardworking and tenacious to ensure all deadlines are achieved. This is a busy office, so the successful candidate will be able to have autonomy and take ownership of their own workload on daily basis, reporting into the Operations Manager.
