Position Title: Corporate Sales Leader
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission

About the Client:
One of the largest pizza chains globally

Job Description:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Corporate Sales Department and lead the recruitment and training of corporate sales representatives.
- Set and achieve the sales target for corporate accounts.
- Manage the production and distribution of in-store marketing materials and coordinate with marketing team to align Corporate Sales Department's sales strategies to the company's objectives.
- Report on sales performance metrics and insights to senior management.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationalities
- Female, 35 years old and below
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in the same role, preferably from F&B or QSR industry
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Must be knowledgeable of local store marketing tactics and strategies
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage
