Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our luxury brand team in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the corporate sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth in the luxury industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the corporate sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the corporate client base
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities
Salary:
AED
9,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: comissions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Manager or similar role in the luxury industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry and market trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
