Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Trainer with a strong background in real estate to join our team.

The Corporate Sales Trainer will be responsible for creating and implementing sales training programs, developing training content and materials, conducting training sessions, coaching and mentoring sales team members, and continuously improving the effectiveness of our sales training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training Program Development: Create and execute a comprehensive sales training strategy tailored to the real estate industry.
- Content Development: Develop training materials, modules, and resources, including sales scripts, presentations, and multimedia content.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for sales teams, both in- person and through digital platforms.
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop training programs to enhance sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
- Performance Evaluation: Implement metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Continuously evaluate and adjust training content and methods based on feedback and results.
- Sales hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the real estate industry.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to incorporate relevant information into training materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales leadership team to align training programs with business goals and sales objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales training or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training program effectiveness.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
