Charterhouse is working with a regional law firm that is looking to a hire a Corporate Solicitor with c. 4 - 8 years’ post qualification to play a key role in relation to developing its offering in Dubai.
The firm is interested in expanding its offering in Dubai and would be interested in hiring a Corporate Lawyer who would be able to work with the Partners in relation to undertaking corporate and commercial work, M&A, JV’s etc. You should be someone who is happy to be client facing, work on transactions with minimal supervision and be actively involved with business development. The firm is long established in the UAE and broader MENA market with a good foothold and client-base ranging from multi-nationals to Middle East holding companies and family groups.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a an experienced Corporate Lawyer, based either in the UAE with a recognised law firm, or looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. Our client is interested in an individual with experience working in a small team and comfortable with undertaking a broad range of work as required and liaising with clients. The firm is offering a market level of tax free remuneration.
