Charterhouse is working with a highly reputable professional training organisation in Dubai. As a result of recent growth, our client is looking to hire an experienced Corporate Training Manager to join their office and lead a team of training consultants, driving the client experience journey through establishing strong corporate partner relationships.

The purpose of this role will be to drive corporate partnerships and to ensure the best-in-class training is delivered to help clients reach their training objectives.

This role will be geared towards managing a team of consultants, hiring and onboarding new consultants which are aligned with the business values and are able to deliver high quality training to C level professionals.

In addition, you will take ownership for the quality assurance of all company training and content, ensuring that all information remains up to date and consistent with the brand identity.

There will be a large focus on building new client relationships and ongoing account management of existing clients, playing a key role in designing courses and programs based on client’s needs, pitching to a leadership and C Level audience.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have a degree in a related field and extensive experience in designing and delivering leadership training to C level Executives. Prior experience in leading a team and the ability to demonstrate excellent communication and coaching skills is crucial for this role.

Our client offers flexible working and are open to part time employment if required for the right individual, who has the desired skills and experience. Strong knowledge and working ability of using Microsoft suite is required and CRM experience is also considered beneficial.
