Cost Control Manager

Job description / Role

• Develop cost control system and coordinate implementation into estimation accounts and planning
• Supervise and manage cost control engineers
• Conduct necessary training and development for team
• Develop and unify cost codes used in estimation and accounts departments
• Create project budgets,
• Tracking/monitoring and productivity and
• Identification and reporting the trends affecting forecast cost at completion
• Conduct site meetings to highlight clashes and resolve issues
• Analyze and review monthly budget cost/cost report with Project managers

Requirements

• Candidate must have 10 - 20 years experience in Cost controls.
• Candidate must be from a civil engineering background.
• Candidate must be able to do develop cost control system and coordinate implementation into estimation accounts and planning.
• Candidate has to be living within the UAE.
