Counter Fraud Investigator (French & Arabic Speaking)

Job description / Role

Our client a multinational network services company is looking for a Counter fraud Investigator in Dubai.

• Counter Fraud Investigator to pro-actively screen and investigate portfolio of suspect frauds inside company.
• Investigating fraud across the region by identifying and detecting fraudulent activities and investigating claims.
• Conducting detailed investigations, identifying and collecting evidence, interview relevant informants and suspects.
• Confidently challenge new processes and procedures to improve performance and reduce losses.
• Liaise confidently with external stakeholders, organizations and law enforcements.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze information and data from various sources.

Requirements

• Experienced investigation professional with proven skills in multiple business areas (telecom OR IT industry will be an advantage) , big 4 or government agencies.
• Strong evidence collection ability to support fraud investigation. Having widely access or sources to find information in government agencies (police, taxation, and business), financial institutions, or other public available databases.
• Exceptional communication skills, include communicate with suspects.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Native French and Arabic
