PSR Solutions are seeking a highly-experienced Country Director for this very lucrative role. Our client represents the best of the Middle East with expertise across the full life cycle of multi-disciplined design and project management. This consultant has a project portfolio to rival any company in recent years.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Country Director has the overall responsibility for the strategic leadership and direction of the business here in the UAE, which covers multiple offices and highly experienced & dedicated staff. Recent experience in the engineering / design consultancy industry is very advantageous. This position will represent the firm in communications with the client on a regular basis and provide leadership and management of all projects.
* Provide Leadership in the development and implementation of the company strategy in line with the overall strategic plan
* Represent the business in strategic meetings, conferences, forums and other public events and contribute towards consolidating and raising the profile of the company
* Oversee and coordinate with the various projects to ensure the highest level of project quality and accountability
* Oversight on all financial and commercial aspects of the business
Requirements
* Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
* Minimum of 15 years' experience of design and project management experience
* Professional registration
* Need exceptional leadership and communication skills
* English: Advanced level / Arabic: beneficial
