Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Saudi Travel, 2 Weeks Per Month

- Development of current distributor(s) controlling and driving tools needed to grant fast growth (training, product Support, marketing initiatives, stock management)
- Identification and proposal for new distributors to be appointed per Brand. Joint decision with ME Sales Director
- Responsible for sales and margin for entire sales from Saudi Arabia.
- Identification and proposal of selling/marketing tools to grant sell-out, product presence and Brand presence at POS of dealer (customers of distributors)
- Support of distributors sales force having joint visit to distributor customer and training distributor sales force
- Proposal of pricing and promotion to be decided with ME Sales Director
- Support of technical and product training
- Monthly forecasting on the region per Customer, per Brand and product type.

Requirements

10-15 years sales management experience. After sales experience of Automotive Allied products in Saudi Arabia. Direct management of distributors to retain market. Experienced in management of brands or related aspects, POS marketing. Experience of working in an environment of fast growth and new customer wins. Experienced in multi-national organization.

Strong customer approach, Channel Sales experience, building relationships and results orientation. Strategic approach to tough analysis of the market and competitors. Strong planning and organising skills, fast in implementation. Multi-national orientation. A sales hunter. Must have strong leadership and credibility and orientation to retails market through distributors.
