Creative Director

Job description / Role

• Will be the first point of contact with the Client Services Managers, and their clients if need be.
• Manage the creative process to meet specific client needs from concept to completion
• Responsible for the creative part of the design, concept and/or story-line of any event
• Leads the Design team to create, plan and deliver a strategic vision for clients’.
• Review work and provide feedback to the team
• Approve final outcome of any project proposals in terms of creativity, quality and final presentation.
• Oversee several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, budgets and signing off on these projects before they are presented
• Examine the layout and visuals for print and digital publications, products and advertising depending on the project requirement.
• Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
• In case of issue, address it with full coordination with Client Services Manager
• Create and implement tailored plans based on individual client requirements.
• Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions with the Graphic Designers to prepare and present exceptional pre-concept designs, concept designs.
• Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all presentations, designs, products and campaigns are brand appropriate.
• Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing
• Minimum 10 years’ experience working with a creative team
• Minimum 5 years managing a team
• A minimum of 5 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies.
