Job description / Role
Credit Controller - Arabic Speaker (Dubai, UAE)On behalf of our client, a regional holding company in the MENA region we are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team.
Your main task is providing an efficient and effective credit control and administrative service.
In this challenging role your main responsibilities will include:
• Coordinate and work closely with the finance department, banks and customers to check the customer’s credit ratings
• Timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments
• Setting up terms and conditions of the credit facilities
• Provide finance and market analysis, gathering financial information and make recommendations on procedures / policy changes
• Manage debtors accounts, meetings and developing customer relationships
• Reporting on outstanding issues and communicate to Credit manager
Requirements
The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:
• Strong experience in a Credit controller role
• Bachelor degree in Business / Finance / Accounting
• Excellent time management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Accounting software and Excel skills: LOOKUPS and PIVOT TABLES
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Negotiation skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
