Credit Controller (Large MNC)

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Credit Manager your main responsibilities will include:
• Effectively manage ledgers under specific areas, following the processes in place
• Achieve cash targets and aging charges reduction as set for each month
• Report on monthly progress on activity and to highlight areas of concern
• Booking of inter-co supply invoices
• Booking of Debit & Credit notes
• Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
• Records, classifies and summarises financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Assist with internal and external audit
• Assist with preparation of financial reports
• Assist with preparation of budget and forecast
• Updating of Credit Limits in Accounting System
• Bank entries receipts and allocation
• Recording of supplier invoices
• Reconciliation of Customer accounts

Requirements

Main requirements:
• Relevant Accounting Qualification
• Minimum 3 years credit control experience in a large MNC
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills
• High attention to detail & accuracy
