Critical Care / ICU Physician

Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care/ICU Physician to join our medical team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care medicine and be dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients in the ICU setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Evaluate and monitor patients' progress and response to treatment
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and ventilator management
- Participate in medical rounds and contribute to clinical discussions
- Adhere to evidence-based practices and clinical protocols
- Ensure accurate and timely medical documentation

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Medical degree from a recognized institution
- Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a critical care/ICU setting
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
