Job Description:
• Identifying potential leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and social media to generate sales while increasing customer retention using CRM software.
• Utilizing CRM platforms effectively to track interactions, record customer data, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining regular communication to build and strengthen relationships.

Position Title: CRM Sales Agent
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus yearly bonus
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationalities
• 40 years old and below
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Must have a proven work experience as a Sales Representative and proficiency in CRM software and a track record of achieving sales goals and targets.
