Employment: Full Time

As the CRO manager you will be responsible for optimising experience and driving conversion uplift across the portfolio of digital assets and across multiple verticals.

Description
* Work with web analytics, customer insight data and findings from user testing to develop winning test ideas.
* Brainstorm new experiment plans with the team, and have a hands-on approach for the creation and implementation of these ideas.
* Effectively plan, prioritise, and manage the design & build of split tests
* Coordinate with key stakeholders across the business, from research, design and content through to tech and senior management.
* Deliver against commercial targets to achieve incremental revenue via increased applications and conversion rate
* Delivery of optimisation campaigns to be in line with the brand as well as website guidelines
* Identify opportunities for optimization based on site analytics, reports, experience and digital best practices

Requirements

* Experience implementing conversion rate optimisation techniques
* Clear understanding of customer centred design principles
* An ability to work collaboratively within a multi-discipline teams
* Capability in optimising landing pages and user funnels
* Split testing web experience, both A/B and MVT.
* Experience using CRO tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, Crazy Egg, Decibel Insight, Google Content Experiments, Hot Jar, Lucky Orange, Maxymiser, Mixpanel etc
* Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
