Charterhouse is currently working with a global supply chain and logistics company who is looking to hire a CSR Manager to work with their team based in Jebel Ali.

This is a great opportunity to join a global supply chain and logistics company that is expanding its team. The CSR Manager will be handling a team of 8-10 people and will be required to mentor, train and motivate them. The team will be looking for someone to guide them and help with enhancing the overall performance.

This role have a focus on customer service management, and will play an active role in liaising with the customers on a daily basis. In addition, this role will be involved in report writing and identifying new business trends to help the business develop and improve.


To be considered this role, the successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in the same environment and show a keen interest in corporate social responsibility.

Our client is looking for someone who has an understanding of the supply chain and logistics field with good leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this position and the ability to speak Arabic and Hindi are advantageous.
