Job description / Role
Our clientis looking for a CTO to join their growing team. The client is anestablished Radical Innovation and Digital Technology Corporation, through Smart Development and Management methodologies.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Provide strategic guidance to company on general technology and IT infrastructures
• Provide expert technical assistance to clients, including training and feedback
• Meet with clients & partners to determine project requirements and goals; define the scope of the partnership, plan timelines, and set deadlines
• Travel to client locations (if necessary) to collaborate on projects
• Conduct research as needed to gain a thorough understanding of customers’ system specifications, work practices, and the nature of the business
• Define client hardware, software, and network requirements
• Analyze customers’ IT needs; provide independent and objective advice for improvement
• Develop solutions and present proposals to clients & partners orally and in writing
• Implement agreed-upon solutions for new and improved systems
• Design, test, install and monitor IT systems
• Prepare documentation and progress reports for projects
• Identify potential clients; build and maintain contacts
Requirements
Requirements And Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related field required
• Previous experience in IT consulting or related field required
• Prior customer service and client relations experience preferred
• Superior logic and analytical skills; strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients and colleagues
