Job description / Role
• Managing day to day inquiries with designated key customers
• Working closely with sales team to update internal documents
• Monthly and weekly standard reporting to be sent to set key customers
• All allocated customer queries to be recorded and monitored
• Working closely with sales and marketing to produce bespoke marketing campaigns to generate more business
• Fully trained on all systems and processes so that information is available for customers/sales person in a timely manner
• Pro- active approach to customer analysis
• Pro- active approach to customer propositions
• Calling customers to up sell and cross sell full range of products
• Assisting with contract implementation
• Interdepartmental co-coordinator ensuring delivery of customer contracts
Requirements
• Strong oral and written skills, highly computer literate, organize, conflict resolution, assertiveness, taking responsibility, humor, positive attitude towards customers-ability to understand customer's feelings and needs, sales driven
• Bachelor Degree/Diploma Course
