Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Select Group is looking for an experienced Customer Registration Executive to join the Customer Service team. The individual will be required to manage local authority property registration processes through effective planning, coordination and development of strong working relations with both customers and local authority key personnel.

Key responsibilities include:

Customer Registration Services
- Processes customer title deeds and transfers
- Processes unit termination through Oqood, sends payment notices, DLD notices and confirmation of termination
- Files and keeps an accurate and up to date record of all title deed, DEWA & transfer related documents
- Obtains Statement of Account from OA Management Companies for title deed processing or transfer requests
- Provides support to OA with DEWA related issues

Local Authority Relations
- Develops and maintains strong and effective relations with local authorities including RERA, DLD, DEWA, Ejari and RAK.
- Visits authorities to resolve title deed, DEWA & RERA related issues
- Assists with Finance and Project team authority related work and provides documentation as required

Customer Care
- Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative relationships with customers
- Interacts professionally and courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
- Manages all customer queries and requests in relation to NOC for title deed or transfer, DEWA, Ejari and complaints

Strategic Development
- Supports the Customer Service Manager to develop, implement and manage policies, procedures, standards and strategies
- Keeps up to date with local authority requirements and communicates any changes to the business
- Prepares periodic and adhoc reports for the Customer Service Manager and Senior Management team

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Annual flight allowance and health insurance

Requirements

Candidates should have the following skills and experience to be considered for the role:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized college/university
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role with an established real estate developer
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience of Dubai real estate rules, regulations, and registration procedures and established relationships with local authority key personnel
- Strong inter-personal, organizational and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native Arabic speaker but must speak, read, and write English fluently
- Own car and UAE driving license preferred
