Job description / Role
A trading company is looking to hire an individual to be a Customer Relations Officer in the UAE. The candidate should preferably have up to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers who wish to open a trading account in the company
• Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Provide general information in regard to certain platforms and services offered
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Company's core values
Requirements
Qualifications:
• University Degree preferably in Finance or Economics
• Previous relevant experience
• Excellent command of English and Hindi language
