Job description / Role
This is for a company based in Jebel Ali Free Zone. Ideally looking for a person with 5 years’ experience in a similar position so dealing with all aspects of Customer service which would include managing the database, keeping records up-to-date, handling enquiries on the telephone and making follow-ups and giving feedback.
AED 8,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Must have solid experience of MS Office including excel. Must be able to make Pivot tables and do V.Lookups. Communication and time management skills are key in this position. This is an opportunity to join a great team of people and work for a great company.
