Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Below is the job description
• To deliver quality of customer service
• To ensure the delivery of smooth, efficient and consistent best practice of functioning of the customer service desk
• To be responsible
• To have high level of product knowledge
• To handle general enquires at service desk
• To answer telephonic calls for any queries
• To keep records or customers complaint and request
• To handle customers complaints as per the department policy and procedure
• Cash handling according to malls gift card sales flow
• To issue wheelchairs and child wristbands

AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Looking for English and Arabic Speakers
• Should be based in Dubai currently
• Females preferred
• Customer service knowledge or Retail experience or Freshers with good communication
• Education: Any
• Experience: min 0 years to max 10 years
