Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Handle shift based multilingual grievance and escalation helpline for Indians.
• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
• Validate client information from existing database.
• Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing guidance.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
• Updates job knowledge by studying developments in UAE labour an immigration laws.

Requirements

• Only Male candidate with good personality.
• Person should have customer serving attitude.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil is mandatory (candidate with Tamil or malayalam language proficiency need not apply).
• Arabic language will be advantage (Read, Write and Understand).
• Understanding or experience in UAE PRO and immigration work will be given preference.
• Having driving license will be an added value.
