Job description / Role
Office Timings: 5 days working; 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM
• Answering questions about a company's services
• Processing orders and transactions
• Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
• Delivering information about a company's offerings
• Providing proactive customer outreach
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within a face to face customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
• Must have a friendly, energetic and positive attitude to work
• Demonstrate flexibility, organization and self-motivation
• Detail oriented
• Proficient with the latest version of MS Office
