Job description / Role
Our client, a well known service provider with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a Customer Service Executive. In this role, the job holder will have a direct interaction with their clients, visit the client's office and collect their documents on a regular basis, verify information using the latest technology before issuing a receipt and addressing any issues of clients, if there is any.
Since the role will cover the entire Northern Emirates and Dubai, it is important that the person is willing to travel and possess a valid truck driving license (which is a must for this position). You must be independent and able to work with minimal supervision. Having a good command of English language is a must coupled with good knowledge in using excel and other RFID/Bluetooth / tracking devices. You should have an excellent customer service and organizational skills.
