Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 3K AED depending on experience and qualification plus transportation, OT Pay, and incentives
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
- Interact with customers over the phone by answering calls to provide information in response to inquiries about the services
- Take inbound calls to handle and resolve complaints.
- Call outbound to coordinate with RTA for document approvals, to attain driving permits, etc.
- Enroll the customer in the system accurately and get the acknowledgment of the same by the customer.
- Prepare credit report and attain approval from the authorized person.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Female, 39 years old and below
- Should have at least 1 BPO experience
- Should have experience in taking inbound and outbound calls
