Job description / Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to represent the voice of our brand and complement our team. We expect you to grow and maintain our cross-platform social media community. If you are a crypto enthusiast, proactive, and have relevant experience in the crypto industry and social media management, we would like to see you as part of our friendly and professional team.
- Serve as a point of contact for the company’s social media platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Reddit, Discord, Bitcointalk, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Manage social media campaigns for various social media platforms
- Interact with community members in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive
- Strive to boost engagements and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation
- Monitor and provide feedback/generate reports on community engagement, sentiment, and notable trends
- Liaise with different functions in marketing and development to stay updated on company and product news
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and industry trends
- Reputation management experience, including conflict management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create engaging content

- Any Nationality who can read and write Chinese
