Objectives: Attending Calls and Booking Jobs

Main Responsibilities:
- Attending calls/chats
- Booking jobs and scheduling jobs
- Taking Customer Feedback when the Job is done
- If the payment is through Payment link, send the Payment link
- Increase google reviews
- All other job specifications as required

Reporting to: Engineer
Subordinates: Technicians
Other interactions: Finance department, Technical department, Admin department

Requirements

University Qualifications: Graduate
Nature and length of previous experience: 2 to 3 years
Specialist knowledge: Good Communication, Interpersonal and Team work
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Capability to Interact with Customers, Engineer and Technicians
Age Range: BELOW 35
Language Fluency: ENGLISH, HINDI, ARABIC preferred
