Position Title: Customer Success Agent

Job Description:
- Conduct Student & Parents’ Orientation sessions on Usage of Technology in Education and support them to use technology and e-learning platforms
- Prepare the learning environment and resources, including setting up equipment where appropriate.
- Deliver training programs in formal (a classroom), or online (eLearning and webinar) settings.
- Adapt the training program / plan according to the customer’s needs.
- Support and coach learners using learning technologies to deliver required skills.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
- Male, 25 to 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in the same role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows 10 / 11 and M365 applications)
- Previous knowledge and experience in Books, Publishers industries and online learning technologies is a big plus
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
