The role is situated in Dubai. Our client is a leading technology business, it is an exciting time for the company as they are actively recruiting to grow their support team and are looking to hire a French speaking Customer Success Executive.
Description
* Actively be involved in the client communication process: handle and follow-through via customer communication channels
* Managing the internal CRM systems and tasks to guarantee client requests are entirely handled
* Setting up meetings and training events for the sales team, as well as documenting meeting minutes, tasks and results.
* Coordinating with internal teams to confirm timely resolution of technical issues
* Advocate for and monitor the customer health of existing clients
* Working with clients in recognizing issues, prospects, and developments
* Identifying and suggesting improvements to the current service delivery processes
* Taking responsibility on accounts for sales and service events, goals and KPIs.
* Providing assistance to senior management in regards to sales and service-related activities.

Requirements
* 5 years of relevant customer management experience
* Fluent in English and French (Native)
* Great communication skills
* Excellent organizational, time management and presentation skills
